I'm Efe Özkan, an AI and software developer building LLM-based systems that run in production. I design RAG pipelines, AI agent infrastructure and MCP-based tool layers end to end in Python and TypeScript, then ship them to the cloud with Docker and CI/CD.
At Skala MRP I work on an enterprise ERP/MRP production planning platform, building the backend, the Angular frontend modules and the agent layer that lets external AI assistants query application data in natural language.
Before that I co-founded Comcai, an AI-powered call analytics platform I scaled to more than 10,000 calls per month, and spent a summer in the R&D center of Aktif Bank building RAG-based document processing and KVKK-compliant masking services. Alongside that I led a TÜBİTAK 2209-B research project as principal investigator and published three conference papers.
